Teen Dream is pretty amazing. I could listen to Norway on repeat for hours

Norway is definitely the first song that caught my attention on Teen Dream but the whole album is great. Devotion is just as good, I think. Beach House really make solid albums all around. I'm excited to see if they can develop their sound even more.

I found their previous albums a bit of a bore honestly, but "Teen Dream" happened to be one of my favorite albums of this year. I do remember them saying something about working alot more on this year's album and it shows. Maybe I'm just close minded and I need catchy songs to fall in love with an album (which the previous albums lacked).

Anyway, did you guys watch the DVD that was packaged with "Teen Dream"? I still have to dig it out of the jacket as I haven't seen it yet.

They are good, but they get boring fast.

If anyone's interested you can listen to the concert they played at this years roskilde festival here: BEACH HOUSE - P3 Live | Sveriges Radio
i only saw a part of it and i was really tired - so i can't really judge the concert, but it was one of only a very few to receive 6/6 stars.

They used to bore the piss out of me too, but I reeeaaalllyyy like "Walk In the Park". The rest of the album is good too, but not enough to make me really want to seek out any of their older stuff.
