The band has evolved, so it's just Kevin Parker doing the whole stuff?
the album is great

I have learned to enjoy this sound, love it.

Wish they could have got ANY other rapper than Lil Yackty though for this re-boot of their newest album.

Tame Impala albums are all great though, 5/5 every album.

This prediction from 9 years ago didn't really pan out. I mean, they're sort-of big, but not close to U2 or Oasis big. I've come to the conclusion that Kevin Parker just isn't super-duper ambitious enough to get that big.

All the ingredients are there, not the least of which is a sound even a lot of Baby Boomers can get into.

You heard it here first.

Interesting. You might be right, I don't think it's really the quality of their material, especially the last few albums where they veered more into pure pop. I guess you have to really work on promoting your stuff and he doesn't seem like a Chris Martin or The Weeknd.
