I've been voting since the beginning, based on how much time and money I've spent on each band since I first heard them from the late 70's/early 80's and onward. All of those bands make up a respectable slice of my record/CD/VHS & concert T-shirt collection and I saw most of them perform live. I don't spend much time listening to any of them these days, but I do still occasionally dip into my collection when I'm in the mood and they all get a bit of time on my turntable or CD player or VCR every once in a while.
