im super heathly, about 10 pounds too fat, nothing i cant run and work off i must have let people down with my looks sorry not "The Rock" lol just a awesome dude with a nice jump shot who does run and exercise.

i want to get to 170 lbs, im 181 now

^last I checked I wax 150. Haven't checked in a while but I assume it's lower now. It's not a heathy weight for myself but I can't keep on weight with how my day to day routine is. I've not been eating as much as I used to so I imagine that's a factor.

I dont think he ever claimed to be? I think it's more a way to share notes with others who also mess with that lifestyle. Don't hate.
