In Ireland, if the doctor filled in the birth certificate incorrectly such that it read 'female' for a male baby and the baby grew up to be (mentally and physically) a man. Where would the authorities be putting this person if he (or she?) committed a crime? In an all-female prison? I wonder what their reasoning was in the case of Denise?

This is exactly the reason I write to the UN about making Transexual prisons. Because I care that much.

anyway, I say woman's prison.
