Does anyone have a 360 here? I use my xbox to store music but it doesn't want to start most of the time because of all the music I saved on it. I want to get one for that reason, and it can be fun fragging some *** friends.

The man behind the class action suit, Robert Byers, argues the power supply and processors in the Xbox 360 overheat, causing it to freeze.

Microsoft has said it will not comment on the pending litigation.

But in November it acknowledged there were problems in an "isolated" number of Xbox 360s."

Ive heard this alote...The people from game informer wrote thatthe defect is about the same ratio as any new video game console such as the nes-super nes-playstation etc.....but on the news I heard that it is worst, so Im guessing it is worst then what game informer suggests, since they are probably affiliates.
