in real life if I were elected pres, one of my goals (not of real importance) is making it so people not born in america could run for president. i'd definitely try to make sure there was more state money to make college or universities cheaper than what they are now, especially for states like PA and NY.

I have no idea who my cabinet members would be.

Some of the qualities I'd look for in a secretary of defense though would be someone that's unbudging and seems extremely ready to go out to the firstline themselves if necessar. they've gotta have a certain degree of dertemination for the job that's for sure.

so im surprised that no one here seems to have a problem with a public official being sworn in with the Koran.

well its no different than being sworn in with the bible. I have a problem with a public official being sworn in with any religious document, because as I see it, government policies should be entirely secular.

there haven't been any to my knowledge.
you republicans would have him shot.

but i'm with jibber. having people swear over a bible goes against the seperation of church and state
