I am against the Death Penalty in all cases. To live with your crime is better than to die for it. I don't like when people say they are against abortion but for the death penalty. It seems like an oxymoron to me.

I'm 50/50. Murder, yes, you should recieve the death penalty. You killed someone, you're gonna die to. But drugs, c'mon people, that's a reach. If somone was cought stealing a car they might get 1-2 years. That's a sad reason to exacute.
