Shape up and confirm him already

You can delete this thread when it's seen to, basically my mate Kustard registered on here about two or three weeks ago and still hasn't been confirmed and i'm too lazy to pm anyone.
Could someone fix it?

A while back the confirmation e-mails failed to send.
Since then a new server runs the site.
