Yah so I'm quitting cigs and weed hopefully. The thought depresses me. I have not had a cigarette today (although I had a pack) but I smoked weed after college today . The biggest worry I have about quitting weed is a sleepless night, especially since I basically smoke myself into a sleep. Worst ****ing nightmare.

Just get you some allergy medicine and take a few. Puts me right out.

You can buy melatonin or tylenol pm over the counter. If you have a vitamin store you could also try valerian root, i hear it is a very good source for sleep also.
