And lose even more days of work? I can't say I'm all that surprised by the intelligence displayed by your foreman. Most of the time both the prosecutor and the defense will deliberately pick stupid people because they're generally easier to influence. Due to my career ambitions there's no way in hell I would ever get beyond the selection processes if I were ever called.

I actually was voting against the majority on half the charges, that's why she thought I was a moron. Because, clearly, the majority is always right, especially when people like her are part of it.

Well we certainly had a few. There was one who thought "approximately" meant the same thing as "exactly" and was confused how people giving testimony could know for sure that things happened at approximately this time or that time.
