Is this towards me? If it is, you should know that I average 10-11 hours a day doing my job alone. When i'm having to cover for somebody else because they aren't mature enough to do the job that they get paid to do, my work gets put on hold which can make those 10-11 hour days into longer days based on whether or not management wants the work done that day. I'm not saying you're wrong, i'm just correcting some of your assumptions about what my job entails.
