yes...because multiple injuries to my knees, and the enormous amount of stress that skiing 60 days a season puts on them and recurring inflamation in my shoulder caused from repetitive stress when I played volleyball can be cured by drinking a glass of milk.

nope to the last part. but in the long run if you increase your pactose in take maybe just a glass every day over time you'll start to see improvement.
That's what my doctor told me years ago when I had repeated soccer related injuries. and it worked.

2)I take calcium and magneisum every day, i dont have a calcium deficiency. My doctor's arent stupid enough to not realize that was the problem, and neither am I.
