I somehow managed to break the bulb socket of my room's main light earlier today, so I'm basically getting all my light from the dimness my PC's monitor and the bedside lamp until I can find a way to fix it. Feels like I'm in an early Ridley Scott film or something.

I guess there's an element of truth to the old 'how many blanks does it take to change a lightbulb' line after all...
