I'm sure you hated that, but part of me romanticizes the notion, until I realize, and it kills me to admit this, how effective TV is at placating children. Which is my politically correct way of saying that sometimes it provides a much needed break for me.

yea,....i can understand that,....and i do it with my own charge, poncho,.....
sometimes i'm glad that mom was that way, i made me read so much more,......i also think thats why i'm so into music,.....

BUT sometimes its nice to turn on 'go deigo go', sit down, and smoke a cigg while poncho yells at baby jaguar and not me

Lots of PBS, and whatever 2nd hand VHS movies we can get stock up on, cuz a DVD has a 5 minute lifespan in our house (she's almost 2), but right now Cinderella is a fave. We both love wallace and Gromit, Lion King, Aladdin, Robin Hood (the disney cartoon) etc. ad nauseum.

lucky, i'm having to watch power rangers, and deigo,.....

i wish he would watch stuff like the fox and the hound, or song of the south,......or the velveting rabbit,......

26. I actually am approaching 30 years old. Obviously everybody under the age of 30 is technically approaching 30... but I'm in the same 'age bracket' now. Woooo!
