There can be holes in it but it could still be there. From what I believe they're supposed to have small holes in it. I doubt its intact anymore seen as Duce just declared he'd put his penis through it .

Yup, you are correct, Fanny. The only time the hymen completely is gone is after childbirth, iirc

I thought the hymen wasn't so much a shield as it was a ring. Like, it doesn't block the vagina so much as constrict it. Of course I'm also pretty ignorant on the subject.
