The way men recieve anything close is through the tantric experience which is essentially NOT focussing ont he orgasm but leading up to it. The male genitalia just doesnt allow one to have multiple.

The downside for females is as you know many have trouble reaching orgasm or many guys cant do it for them. Whens the last time you heard a guy say "I slept with her and didnt get off"...thats right never!

I have never even heard of anyone I know trying tantric sex. I think it's a load of pish personally, but that's just me.

See that's where communication comes in handy, like if someone is treating my vagina like they have a pneumatic jackhammer for a penis, I'm going to tell them!

From Wikipedia's article on orgasm, it seems it is possible for some men to achieve multiple orgasms and that it's been studied.

Still, I don't think it's something girls should expect guys to be capable of.
