Honestly, that never happened to me and I don't see how it could...
I mean, unless I'm slamming it ridiculously hard and her ass just happens to be loose enough for accidental penetration, then the most that's going to happen is you bend your **** like hitting a brick wall. And THAT hurts.
I guess that may have been what you're talking about anyway, though.

Yeah I've accidentally bumped it pretty hard, but actually penetrating that biz takes some conscious effort.

Agreed.
Dicks don't just accidentally slide perfectly into asses due to a wide thrust. There's a physical negotiation that has to happen. I haven't done anal, but from the copious amounts of first hand experiences I've heard, one would assume as much.
