As far as I know you can start a forum using proboards for free. It's just a question of getting people to find it and join of course which, ultimately, costs.

Had this exact convo last night with Veridical and thisWAR...
we concluded that in the end who ever shells out the cash for this place to keep it running and ad free is the man, just wish we knew who it was.

Also when googled, it said this site was worth $24k, i doubt that.

I know rocka did something pretty mild back in the day that made this site show up ALOT when googling music and its references.
