I doubt he can drive at 55 either so it's not really necessary. He probably was going about 55 if he didn't know how to use an off ramp, come to think of it.

I had to work an event promoting his autobiography whatever year that came out and it was my worst nightmare. So many overtanned women in pushup bras and leopard print, and men wearing sunglasses on the back of their heads.
