Windows 10 & 8
Start the problematic application.
Right-click a blank area of the Desktop, then choose “Display settings“.
Select “Advanced display settings” at the bottom of the window.
Temporarily change the “Resolution” to another value, then choose “Apply“.
See if you can see the window on your screen now.
Change the resolution back to the previous value, then select “OK“.
I tried that but ill try again :/ but ill try the other things

Glad you got things working. I'm guessing you have a Win10 machine? I'm not here to proselityze but any reason you didn't want to get a Mac?

Macs are for people who don't care enough to learn Linux so they're still willing to settle for a ****ty computer.

I know and like Linux, specifically OpenSUSE and Red Hat derivatives. But I'd always have some kind of issue that I'd have to hunt down with Linux. In a way, it was a great way to learn the ins and outs of the OS, but at the same time, occassionally I just want to get sh1t and not have to do battle with my operating system. In those instances, Macs are the best choice.
