Heidi Montag/Pratt. That douche she is with is her husband Spencer Pratt. They are easily the biggest fame whores in the country. They also do things that make me seriously consider homicide. I think the picture of the Pratt's was taken in an area where there was no reports of swine flu and not even a small threat of it being there.
