I feel like a beached whale too. I'm an emotional/angry person who's super sensitive during this time and in a lot of pain. Cue the painkillers. What makes me get through the 3 days is disney movies, cheese, chocolate and codiene.

I collect 16mm films and you won't believe what you run into.

I don't feel like a beached whale on my period, at all...
but maybe it's different, I only have a period every three months or so
I just feel more like my uterus is a squeezy bottle and I just eat a lot of vinegary food
