Sad to see Boycie go. You Muricans probably don't know who he is, but he was an institution over here thanks to the madly-popular comedy Only Fools and Horses. Sadly missed.

Only Fools and Horses Star John Challlis dies of cancer at 79

That was his best role methinks - but only in that show.
"Green Green Grass" wasn't all that good and his "Mr. Peacock,"
that was revisited in the reboot of "...Served?", wasn't all that funny.
Funny guy when the writing was good.

Sylvano Bussotti (obits are in Italian right now,
but link goes to a discography).
Amazing composer who lived a good long life.

I never saw him in anything else. Some people are suited to just one role; they make it theirs and are forever associated with that. Jonathan Frakes can do anything he wants but he'll always be Riker from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Bit late but RIP to bassist Rand Forbes of The United States of America who died of COVID in December. Seems to have passed over most music journalists as well.

Source.

A band who should have had more than just the one album. RIP.

(What a wonderful title for a song!)
