TFW you get asked back to kick off the music portion of a festival. I talked to the event organizer yesterday and he said I need to be on-stage at 11am playing the SSB. This fest has been slowly growing in size over the years, and this year, it's big enough to warrant a venue the size of Toyota Park. I'll be playing the same place where Eric Clapton, BB King, Buddy Guy, Derek Trucks, Robert Cray, Larry Carlton, Duke Robillard, Steve Vai, and quite a few more of my favorite musicians have played. This will be the biggest venue I've played to date. I'm thinking it'll be a bit of a spiritual experience for me.
