Having a dozen roses delivered to your girl at work (especially if she works in a big office type environment) is a cool thing to do IMO.

Meh, depends on the girl. I'm guessing girls not down with PDA probably wouldn't like the kind of attention that would bring.

Well, I've halfway between today and the world of Mad Men. All I can say for sure is that back in the 80s my wife loved when I did it.
