I'm having some kind of sugar free yogurt with low fat and lemon flavor. Doing a 180 from my crazy unhealthy eating habits of 2018. It's not too bad. I eat most meals while browsing the internet, so I barely notice what I eat.
This reminds me that I want to punch English people in the face whenever they say "yogg-ert".

I can never remember how to spell it in Danish and English. Wikipedia has a weird third suggestion that I've never seen: "Yogurt, yoghurt or yoghourt".

But they all contain a "u", so the Brits need to learn to speak.

these are the shizzznat yall.

these are the chicken breasts that i bake for 23 mins , then flip and bake for another 23 mins.

its worth it. its like 6.99 for 2 meals of great tasting favorable chicken. i use stubbs bbq sauce also. might cut back on the mac n cheese to like 3 times a week rather then everyday darn day like i was doing for while. might look for small bag of some kind of meat to add with a uncle bens rice and then call it a meal i know they make cut of pieces of ham but fuc pigs, they are muddy nasty creatures. its be nice to find pieces of cut up turkey or chicken in bag for like a salad that i can use for my uncle bens rice bags

A tomato and mayonnaise sandwich sounds like what I imagine St. Peter will offer me right before he pulls the lever that sends me to hell.
