Plenty busy working today and all week, intense at both my jobs, to be honest! Will be looking forward to quite a bit of R and R tomorrow, or shall I say today, since it's past midnight here already...

Rivght now just enjoying a little music listening, some vodka and a little web surfing / posting on these fine boards...

Today I cleaned and rearranged my living space.

It feels sort of lame how excited I am about having done this, but it feels like a great accomplishment. Plus, it makes my record player more accessible, keeps my movies in better order, accommodates my new (and rather nice) desk quite well and nicely partitions the room into neat little sections based on use.

Plus now I have room to go through both my closets and get rid of all the things I don't need/never wear/etc, which has needed to be done for some time.

Dude...from Chevron? Really? Whhyyyyyyyy? I learned my lesson about that with a hot dog a long time ago.

Seriously though, that's no good, and I really hope you feel well soon.

Watching my kids and my Wife's friend's kid right now..... they're all loveable, but I gotta be honest, I won't be too sad when the friend's kid goes home.... My kids are energetic, mostly fun, but this kid is kinda wild. It makes me sad though, cause basically his mother doesn't care about him, left him with his dad, and the only thing he has as attention grabbers is being naughty, breaking things or annoying people.... because that's how and when his mum responded to him.... trying to train that sorta behavior out of a kid is bloody hard work!

I'll take my three kids energy, which is mostly positive, over this any time...

Thank you! We didn't raise too much over a hundred dollars, but we're going to do it again, but with more planning and such.
It feels really good to do something so selfless.

Definitely. It's one of the most underfunded causes ever. You'd think it wouldn't be, though.

I commend anyone who does anything off their own back for someone else... real charity, the kind whewre NO return benefit is expected is a dying art.
