Toss out a ton of crap hoping that a few pounds of it might stick.

Third time it's happened. Walking both dogs (65 + 85 pounds) and they decide to both bolt at the same time cause they excited about something.

First time I hyper-extended my shoulder and got major road rash - still have the scar.

Second time I came about as close to breaking my nose as a person can.


And just about an hour ago I ended up falling in such a way that the right side of my ribs landed on the sidewalk. Based on how it feels right now I'm pretty sure I cracked at least one of them (I have experience in this area - both broken and cracked).

Must avoid sneezing for the next week or so and will be sleeping on the couch for a few days - makes it easier not to toss and turn.
