Why are people this ignorant allowed to vote? Surely no one is better off for it.
Did you say anything back to her?

I don't get how people can not know something like that. Makes me think they're on a wind up.

Let's Modest Proposal it, we can administer a test before sending the dummies to the slaughter. The first question can be "Germany is a country Y or N????"

Poor people being disengaged from a sub-par education system that they don't feel is preparing them for their future? Or just stupid people who band together and convince each other that basic geography isn't worth their time? Both? That **** is just so beyond that I can't comprehend it, let alone the cause.

I once convinced a girl that Wisconsin didn't exist; it was highly entertaining.

I've heard similar stuff before and like I say I think it's either a wind up or people pretending to be stupid for whatever reason.

I can understand other places being confusing but not that.

I mean, a person of such idiocy in England would probably know what Germany was just cause they'd have to, but here in America where the rest of the world is "just a theory", I can believe in that level of ignorance. This wouldn't be the first time I've been flabbergasted at my coworkers' stupidity.
