One week living in a van down by the river. So far so good. More than enough space. Haven't watched TV at all cause I don't have cable and the only stations my antenna pick up are Spanish. No CNN, Food Network, TMC, Friends and Seinfeld re-runs, etc. Got a cool entertainment unit though with stereo in-ceiling speakers right above the leather sofa so DVDs and radio are good to go. KGB 101.5 comes in nice and strong. There's a reason they call it "classic rock". Zeppelin, Sabbath, The Who, The Police, The Clash, Bowie, Queen, Stones, etc.

Just need to figure out how to hook up my Google Music via Bluetooth and then I'm golden.

Realtor just sent me an IM. We have 4 solid offers on the house and 3 of them are above asking price.
