I do but when it gets time to ask them out they always say no. Or sometimes I just can't talk to a girl I don't know why.

Well how old are you, 16? Once you reach that age most girls want to have sex, and they are not really picky, they just want someone who is reliable (or really hot). So, all you have to do is be there when they're upset or whatever and you probably will get laid in the foreseeable future.
