Had a customer yell at me over the phone and threaten to sue the store because his package got delivered late. So that was fun.

I tried to sympathize with him but he continued to threaten me and started to raise his voice. Had to constantly tell myself that it's not worth getting worked up over it. So I just kept my cool and let him yell. Oh well.
