On a business trip in Poland this week. Pretty nice here and good yet cheap restaurants.
The eastern-european in me really digs the vibe.

blessed enough to eat one of my favorite dishes tonight.

frozen mac n cheese target, called evol. its good asf

headphones broke today/last night. (any recommendations on new headphones in a 100-150$ price range?)

i actually finished everything i needed to get done by the 16th and i even went to school for my id and stuff too

drank a bunch of a lemon water, started reading the 7 habits of highly effective people (again) -taking notes this time

bought new smell stuff for my smelly rug i bought from my stepfather
it smells like goodness now. im going to waste the whole bottle on the rug, and just add that cost into the total of the rug

im learning to spread my small meals in my eating window out by atleast 45mins.

havent hooped in days or ran :/ just been lifting, back is sore so tomorrow going to actually hurt :/

illll be fine thou
