well I think it was because I was the first one there and called the cops. I don't own the building so I don't really have any monetary stake in this, itd be more to prove he was guilty of dui. id assume in your case the other guy wouldn't want it to go to court (if he didn't have insurance) and would rather pay you out of pocket

Got my knives, clothes, and books for culinary school. Just have to start which will be tomorrow. Not sure if I'm excited or just happy that there's a change coming... maybe both... Anyway, how is everyone doing?
