I treat people with respect so my mentality is just fine. You're reading what I said wrong. If you (general) want to risk it on what you say to people, there really can be consequences.

This is contradictory. It would be true if college was free like a state park or something, maybe.

I don't think I ever had a class that wasn't like that so I don't know where all the safe-space issues are coming from, but every place is different I suppose.

Non-judgmental environment goes against human nature, but its attempts at creation only breeds contempt.

Plus a safe-space is nothing more than telling people not to be assholes. If you have to tell someone to not be an asshole than the individual either doesn't care or is an idiot.

I one time met a college professor on the train who told me he used to be a professor until he robbed a bank.

I also met this big native guy with dolphins tattood under his eyes that sounds just like DMX at a bus stop who randomly told me about how he got his dick sucked by a dude once and that it was a mistake.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

I worked with a guy once that said the same thing. It was my first week on the job and supposedly this place didn't hire felons. Trust me, I was nice to this guy the entire time he was there.

I used to call people out on this kind of bull****. But I've learned not to. It's not worth the drama. These pathological liars will do anything to cover up their bull****. And the worst defense they have is blithering. I'm not kidding here. Call out a pathological liar on their **** and they will blither as hard as they can until they think they've gotten you completely distracted from the bull**** you called them out on. And they don't pause for input they just keep on going. It's ****ing annoying. It's boring. It's tedious. Just let the morons be ****ing morons and work on your own greatness. It's not worth the time or energy. Unless you are making a mockery of them. Making an example of them for everybody to see. Then it's worth it.

You were talking about safe spaces at school but who really knows I guess. Anyway, this has become a circle jerk.

The culture of bitching about safe spaces in general is a circle jerk.

The last time I got a speeding ticket, I decided to challenge it in court. No lawyer needed. I went to the courthouse on the date that was given to me and was asked to meet privately with the cop that wrote the ticket and his supervisor. They asked me to tell my side of the story and afterwards they said "we'll lower the fine from $230 to $50 if you agree to pay it or you can go before the judge and we'll ask for the full $230 if you're found guilty." I was prepared to challenge the ticket in court on a technicality (even though I knew I was guilty) but at that point I figured I'd just pay the lowered fine and not waste any more of my time at the courthouse. The best part was that It never showed up on my record so my insurance wasn't affected.
