You'll probably outlive me, so I won't gripe with that. I eat all the time, basically.

Doesn't eating that five nights in a row undo all the supposed health benefits of intermittent fasting? What is your goal as well, build muscle, lose fat, or just feel healthier? I'm assuming the mac and cheese is loaded with salt and other stuff?

I dunno man it's just not a meal I'd be eating every day and I'm confused as to what the point of it all is.

Most ready made supermarket meats are loaded with salt, and often also refined sugars and saturated fats.

I can't remember the last time I ate one tbh. Probably had one all year. Think it was an Admiral's Pie. Quite nice as well tbf.

I'm addicted to trash foods, so I'm not one to talk. But I know it's gonna kill me.

You don't need to fast like that. If your food is basically all healthy and low to no fat and you go ballistic on the cardio, you'll lose the weight. Can eat all day long and still feel full from whole foods and ****. I've had abs before and that's how I did it. It's an abs vs mac 'n cheese (which I also love) dilemma sometimes.
