Today a co-worker was talking about how her son had been a dickhead cause his mother wouldn't buy him the $200 shoes he wanted and I tried to explain the concept of Catholic guilt. She was very interested and I gave her some pointers. That's my good deed for the day.

so it is 5 mins before New Year’s Eve here and I found out today that “Hogmanay” was a Scottish term. I thought this was a worldwide term for English speaking countries. Absolutely baffled!!!!
