First day with no cigs has been a success. Didnt buy a pack on my way home and I have none on me and have had none on me since I woke up. Really stoned now too so tomorrow is another day. Hoping for similar results.

You can do it. It’s a great achievement and I don’t mean to diminish that when I say it’s not that hard. Nicotine withdraw ain’t ****. Persistent as a mother but not really that instense. Especially up against how bad ciggies are for you.

Thankfully I have weed which will help the crave to smoke something but at least its not cigs. Getting tired of cigs at this point.

For some reason I decided to start reading the entire 400 page survivability report put out by NASA after investigating the Columbia disaster and couldn't sleep until I'd finished it. But then I couldn't sleep until I went on a weird dive into the conspiracies and controversies surrounding it. The internet is weird man. I'm tired.

Went to the Shout House dueling piano bar in San Diego last night. Was freakin awesome. Wish i could have got wasted and stayed til closing, instead i had two cocktails and left at 9

Woke up at 5 this morning and hit the diner and walked around the gaslamp district until the convention started.

Bought a pack this morning. Smoked 2 cigs and threw them out. My inner guilt. Really need to try to not buy a pack when I leave work tonight but eh. So yeah not a great start to the day but haven't smoked anything since then so I guess that's good. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day. Not giving up tho. I need to kick this habit.
