Stop using quotes and just refer to them by their name, they, or them. Really not much else to it beyond that.

because i normally try to use someones name but it defiantly seems like these "thems" and "theys" need special treatment around what people call "them". (or they).

imagine if i just wanted special treatment because i "felt" like it....
