About 3 weeks off meds now; I can feel the depression coming back. Feels like I'm underwater. Alexa play The Disintegration Loops

I've only managed to go 5 days in between each dose. **** feels horrible when I get to the 4th/5th day.

Well, no, but there's normal-depressed (my default state) and Depressed. I was still depressed on the meds of course but it's much worse off of them.
