That makes sense. Not sleeping is brutal. Diet and exercise is hard to straighten out when you’re mind is trippy and then it snowballs. But when you mention diet and exercise to people with mental disorders you usually just get the middle finger and a you don’t understand. But yeah I’m with you. I feel like a lot of drugs suppress my dreams but I don’t know about “altogether”. I also have my doubts about the quality of medicated sleep but it definitely beats no sleep and I’ve done that too ramble ramble Ramones.

It's totally not even medicated sleep, it's actually a blood pressure med called Prazosin. They usually prescribe 1-6 mgs and it happens to function literally to keep the adrenaline from flooding your body when you're having nightmares. It's a take as needed kind of thing, and I've been stable for a while so haven't needed it, but it absolutely makes a difference.

I don't take nightmare meds and my nightmares got more vivid on meds. I specifically say every time I'm asked that I don't want meds to help with nightmares because I like horror movies. It only sucks when I wake up in a panic attack and headbutt or punch something. What if I was snuggling a puppy?

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

In the ward they said that dreaming a lot in general is a sign of bad sleep because you never get deep sleep you're just stuck in a rem cycle which is why nightmares are bad. They wake you before getting deep sleep.

Still working for the company I started at, using 1983 MS DOS computers for sales and data. We are on part-time because of Covid. I have worked for a lot of companies and this by far is the most complex stuff I have ever had to learn for a job. Lots of codes for the items we sell plus variations. Just overwhelming but I am getting better each day. Made some quizlets to help me learn.

Doing the blogging still, the latest blog in the signature. Making my playlist in the blog more hiphop and then the Top 10 each month more universal of rock and just not hiphop.
