I know D&G has just been grumbling about old men giving obvious advice, but have you tried the simple, traditional remedy of talcum powder? If you live in, have or suffer from hot and humid places, a liberal application of talc is what Mexican grandmothers use on themselves and on babies to avoid heat-rash type probs.

A couple of talc does and don'ts:
i) apply when skin is clean and dry
ii) don't use on cuts or mucus membranes
iii) don't put it in areas where you've already applied a deodorant or cream
iv) avoid breathing it in as much as poss

If D&G wants more info, he can go on "the internet" and use a "search engine"....

Some good advice here, Lisna. I myself use it on my feet, when the weather becomes a bit warmer. I enjoy it.

^ Thanks Fluff! And by the way, Happy Birthday! I only saw your post when it was a bit too late to respond. I hope you had a decent day of it. Any big excitements?

Thanks mate. Just had something to eat with family, a quiet one. It was a lovely day and I enjoyed it. Could have had nicer weather but that's about it

Flour will work in a pinch.

Just don't use it if you have a yeast infection. *knuck*
