called in today to hopefully go see a doctor. not been feeling great the past few weeks and i just wanna make sure nothing is seriously wrong.

Shortly after venting about the homebuying process a couple days ago here, we got some very good news from a different lender who was willing to give us a similarly sized pre-approval despite still being unable to confirm my wife's credit. Two days ago we went out looking at houses, and one was so dramatically better than the rest for the same price that we decided to pretty much immediately go all-in and put in an offer on it.

Which was accepted last night!

So pending inspection, we are officially home owners
