Today was the best day I've had in eight years. Closed on over $400k in seed funding for a software business I'm setting up and getting ready to move out to TN with my girlfriend. 2021 was pretty **** for the most part, but this makes up for all of it at once lol.

Definitely a bit terrifying. It's basically a giant zero interest loan. Something interesting I learned during the formation process is that selling stock in a C-corporation to individuals / companies for the purposes of raising money is not considered taxable income. So Biden ain't getting much for awhile.
