It's disappointing how people think because they weren't affected, nobody else should be. It's not even cleaner unless you don't practice good hygiene lol smh.

Poor arguments. But we've discussed all this before.

Yeah I remember you being the champion of every young boy in the UK last time we discussed it. I have never heard of anyone in the states running into issues. I think its a third world country argument with regard to side effects.

Being serious: I knew a guy who had to be circumcised at the age of 20 because he kept getting infections. And he was anal about hygiene leading up to it.

I can still hear the howls of pain from the bathroom.

I never recommend doing it yourself at home.

I believe there are 100+ deaths per year in the US .

Quick link - Lost Boys: An Estimate of U.S. Circumcision-Related Infant Deaths | Dan Bollinger - Academia.edu

Even if this were not the case (can't be arsed to make a longer post I'm on mobile) chopping off bits of infants who cannot consent, for reasons such as cosmetics, is just madness IMO. Were it any other body part and didn't have religious history people wouldn't stand for it.

I like the part where they say there isn't any accurate data on this subject.

I had friend who got an infection in his appendix in his mid 20s and almost died. We should probably remove the appendixes of all babies, you know, just in case.

Not a fan of social activism, especialy of the "I'm X and therefore an X rights activist".
I know stuff like that sometimes changes the world for the better, but I personally like to stay the hell away from it. No offense to those who like to involve themselves in something like that.
