Why does there seem to be a stigma attached to advocate for Men's Rights?

Again, wanting equal treatment for men is whiny, but you're out here taking about how legitimate affirmative action programmes are when in favour of women.

Well, when you see a bill addressing issues that specifically affect women on a greater scale than men and can't get past the fact that a bill addressing issues that specifically affect women doesn't also focus on men, it is absolutely whiny bull****. That's because a bill addressing issues that specifically affect women does not define a government's actions towards or ability to protect men's rights.

I'm so angry! My state Board of Education put out some info about how they want to increase money and opportunities for more math and science education in our local schools ("Science, Technology, Engineering and Math In Secondary Education") and I'm really pissed that the proposal mostly talks about science and math. I mean, they only talk about the dire needs of the Athletics division - oh, maybe just only a third of the time! I mean, damn! Why isn't there equal representation for athletes!!! They're treated like they're some kind of second-class citizens or something!!!! I'm all for equality for all the areas of education, but the athletics department never gets the funding or even the proper attention that it so rightly deserves! I think I'll join an anti-STEM group! That'll show 'em!!!

Domestic violence is pretty much a 50/50 split in Canada. Also there's I think one solitary men's shelter for domestic violence victims in Canada, even if the percentage was more like 60/40, wouldn't you consider it slightly unequal to have almost no government funding in that area for men?

Yeah great point dude. That's totally the same as writing legislation that specifically priorities women over men in most situations.
