Why does there seem to be a stigma attached to advocate for Men's Rights?

One thing I always wonder when I hear people say that gender is a societal construct is what does that make trans people? Delusional?

Most trans people feel that their assigned gender is wrong, not that they are "trapped in the wrong body" or anything as simplistic as that, or that their body itself is wrong (although society and will tell them that if they present a certain way), as many assume-- but that's often the narrative presented in media and books that have trans side characters. “I am not trapped by my body. I am trapped by your beliefs. And I want to reclaim this body from those who want it to breathe and be fed by their dogmas.”

If gender is a social construct
and if one assumes that gender identification is not as simple as binary
wouldn't the whole gender spectrum be a social construct as well?

I don't really give a **** about people's gender identities, but it's like, you can't just choose your identity then force everybody around you to respect that. You can call yourself non gender fluid all you want but you can't force others to have that perspective. I can wish all I want that people didn't think I'm an ******* but if I'm being an ******* then I got to expect people to see me as the ******* I am. If you have a vagina you have to expect people to see you as female and vice versa. I'm very accepting, I hate using the word tolerant because it sounds condescending, of a lot of this but you cant force people to identify you as something you physically are not. What does it mean to mentally be female? I have had other people identify me as black and I feel like a relate to their culture more than my own but I'd never honestly consider myself black. Because I'm not.

Hey don't let no one stop you. If Rachel Dolezal can do it, you can too. Just think of yourself as being genetically non-African but culturally "African-American" or the belonging to the Universal Zulu Nation. Don't confuse people's perception of you with who you are my Nubian brotha.
