You can't; there's no link. Like everything else about Batty, it's all hot air.
Seriously Batty: give us a link you ****. I swear we'll leave some of your work breathing and there'll be time to get it to hospital.

I can read those six words, yes, indeed that is true. Good story; a little short on concept. Or characters. Or plot. Or pacing. Or Dialogue. Otherwise, damn good.

Going from job to job I spent about 2 hours driving around outside, but came home disappointed because I never saw this place, which Mindfulness' OP seemed to promise:-

^ At least, thanks to Trollheart's advice, I managed to avoid arrest, so that's the up side.

Can anyone post a link to Batlord's guide to health and fitness by any chance?

It's a Minnesota winter, so I really ain't got much time for outside. With that said, it was a balmy 30-some degrees today and I could have spent time outside, but didn't unless you count driving.

Yesterday was another sunny day in paradise, so I spent this time outdoors:-
a) work: a total of 45 mins driving there and back
b) one hour of cycling to de-stress from (a)

Just enough for a quick dash out to fill the bird feeders, put a footprint in the snow in my back garden that was about three inches deep, and back the **** in before I froze. It's cold out there!
