They clearly had JUST been tossed out, and pastries were the only thing in the trashcan (it was partly behind the bakery counter so its not like the whole store was using it). I can't help being a raccoon in human form.

Dumpster Food might give you some quick health in a pinch, but it can damage your max Vitality in the end game. If you plan on fighting any of the secret bosses in the back of Target, you'll need every edge you can get.
